Jahat

I have a question for you. Who is a bad person? When do you say a person is jahat. An example; A, a muslim who drinks but he is kind towards the others. and B, a haji who prays more than 5 times daily with some other routines but tend to make others sad because of his decisions. Here, A may not really practise his duties, but he is not jahat because he doesnt hurt her surrounding. Is B jahat for making his outter circle suffer or he not because hes a good Muslim.

We, I have been judging people that ive seen, met and knew from whatever reasons that i could think of. When i see someone who dresses like a slut, i would associate her as jahat. But the way i see it now, a tudung labuh cik puan may behave worse than a free hair girl who kisses her boyfriend freely. to what extent can we judge them?
